Is this right for me if I’ve already done therapy?
Yes—many participants have been in therapy before, and they’ve found this program to be a powerful complement. While therapy can offer insight and support, this course helps you build practical, body-based tools and everyday awareness so you can respond to stress and triggers differently in real time. How much support do I get?
While the core program is self-paced, you won’t be alone. You’ll receive two 45 minute 1:1 private coaching sessions with me to help support your journey and make sure you get the results you came for.
