Is this retreat for me if I’m not “burned out” but still tired and overwhelmed?
Yes. If you’ve been living in stress mode, doing too much, or feeling disconnected, this retreat will help you reset.
What should I bring?
Your favorite yoga mat if you have, otherwise Lululemon mats will be provided on the day, water bottle, journal, and anything that makes you comfortable. We’ll email a full list closer to the event.
What’s the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many women do and leave with new connections and a sense of community.
Do you offer group discounts?
