So, it's important that kids learn how to think about themselves and build emotional resilience to protect their confidence and self-esteem.

But let's face it, these skills aren't always taught in schools and not all parents have the know-how.


Parents also have their own inner work to do before they can have the mental and emotional clarity to support their kids.

After all, our children learn from what we do, not what we say.
