The reality of life and the world is that tragic things happen and terrible people exist and it’s painful. But we don’t need to have thoughts about that pain to experience more pain. We can accept that a certain amount of pain comes from living a human life on this planet instead of suffering more or getting stuck and not showing up fully for our life.
