Episode 3: Think About Your Thinking

Updated: Feb 9, 2022

Most of us think we should think positive all the time and be optimistic that things will work out so we feel better about ourselves and our life.

But positive thinking doesn't always help you feel better for long and dismissing how you truly feel invalidates your feelings. You end up feeling bad about feeling bad.

The truth is, it's normal to experience negative thoughts. The human brain is wired to focus more on our negative experiences than the positive ones as a survival mechanism.

So, the work isn't to stop thinking negatively. It's to think positive more than you currently do to feel better more often.

Listen in to this week's episode to learn how your thoughts affect you and discover how you can liberate your brain from it’s habitual negative thought patterns, so you feel better more often and change your experience of life.
